We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had good quality furniture. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym. The location was very convenient, as it was in a safe area near all major attractions within walking distance and close to the train station. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food made from original ingredients. The staff were friendly and competent, always making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Convenient location, walking distance to downtown, Christmas markets, S-bahn station, and Reeperbahn. Comfortable, clean rooms with good WIFI. Helpful, efficient staff. Safe and secure with underground parking available. Breakfast options available, but other options around. Nice bar in modern building.

We were very impressed with this place. The location is superb, situated in a very safe area with all the main attractions within walking distance. There were so many activities around, and we loved the fact that there were some nice restaurants nearby as well. The service was top-notch, with room service, bicycle hire, laundry, and wake up service all available. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and quiet stay, and the television and telephone provided entertainment and convenience. We also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious continental breakfast and special diet menus. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our visit truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the Christmas markets nearby. The breakfast had a great omelet option, freshly cooked in front of you. The staff were helpful and quickly fixed the issue with our safe. The wellness area on the top floor was a nice addition.
